Reach DunHuang this morning, 19th Sept 2009. 1.30am, after non-stop travelling from XinJiang. Rushing to DunHuang, to get KariKok’s air conditioner fixed. Crossing Taklamakan Desert without Air Cond was a nightmare for KariKok, with all the fine sand blowing into the Land Crusier, he could barely see the road. But bad luck, he was not able to repair it and have to endure the rest of the journey in China without air cond.
Out of XinJiang was a joyful occassion and serveral reasons, able to make Mobile Phone call out of Xinjiang and back home and also able to surf Internet, you know what I am trying to convey, with the recent events in XinJiang, these two devices were no go for everyone of us including those in XinJiang.
Will be leaving for Inner Mongolia tomorrow morning, 20th Sept 2009, won’t able to access Internet as we will be camping out in the grassland.
Will do some updating when leaving the grassland.
Everone are safe and sound, but with much tales to tell later about Tibet and XinJiang.
I can’t post anything in the blog due to restriction here, but asking someone back in Malaysia to do it for me.
